English Speaking Office Assistant
We are currently seeking an organized and efficient English-speaking office assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills in English. This is a contract position, perfect for someone looking for a short-term opportunity.
Responsibilities:
-Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to emails
-Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
-Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
-Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional manner
-Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
-Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
-Familiarity with office equipment (computers, printers, etc.)
-Previous experience as an office assistant is preferred but not required
