We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records and files. Additionally, you will assist with general office duties such as answering phone calls and responding to emails. This position requires proficiency in English and preference will be given to Indian candidates with prior administrative experience.
