Call Center Representative - Indian National (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department for further assistance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference
- Meet personal/team sales targets by promoting additional products or services during calls
Requirements:
- Indian national based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with valid residency documents
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers with patience
- Basic computer knowledge and experience working with CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
