Job Title: Resort Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities. You will also be responsible for managing staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities.
- Manage and train staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Resort Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of increasing profitability through effective management techniques.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Egyptian nationality preferred.
