Resort Manager vacancy in Hafr al Batin Saudi Arabia

Resort Manager - English Speaking (Egyptian Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort located in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong background in the hospitality industry, preferably with experience managing a resort.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members
- Create and manage budgets to ensure financial success of the resort
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the resort
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure quality products/services are provided
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Egyptian nationality preferred
