Office Assistant/Receptionist (Indian Nationality Preferred)
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a culturally diverse environment while utilizing your skills and experience in office administration. This is a contract position, with a possibility of extension based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Order office supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain accurate records of documents and files
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience as an office assistant or receptionist is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
