Job Title: Resort Manager

We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort located in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, maintaining budget and financial goals, and promoting the resort to attract new guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Ensure high quality customer service is provided at all times
- Train, schedule and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations
- Create and manage budgets while controlling costs
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Plan and execute events and special promotions to attract new guests

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning and analysis
- Familiarity with reservation systems
- Proficiency in English (fluency in Arabic is a plus)
