Office Assistant in Medina, Saudi Arabia


Our company is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This position is perfect for someone who wants to work part-time and does not require proficiency in English. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, including Africans and Malayalees.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing documents and files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Prior experience as an office assistant or related administrative role is preferred but not required.

This position is part-time with flexible hours. We understand the importance of work-life balance and are willing to accommodate your schedule as needed. We also offer on-site accommodation for our employees if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them as necessary
- Responding to emails and handling correspondence
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Ensuring office supplies are stocked and ordering more when necessary
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing clients or tracking expenses
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, etc.
- Maintaining a neat and organized office space

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Prior experience as an office assistant or similar administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is not required but is a plus
- Must be willing to work part-time with flexible hours
