Office Clerk - Indian National (No English Required)
Our company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian national, you will not be required to have proficiency in English, but knowledge of the language is a plus. The job does not require accommodation, but having a biometric passport is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Organize meetings and appointments for the team
Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an office clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills (knowledge of English is preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
