Our company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Advertising Manager to join our team in Khamis Mushayt, Saudi Arabia. As an Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising strategies to promote our products and services. This position is open to Indians who are fluent in English and do not have prior experience. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Conduct market research to identify target audience, market trends, and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams to create engaging and impactful ad materials including print, digital, and video formats
- Manage advertising budget and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Stay updated on industry developments, consumer behavior, and new advertising techniques
- Negotiate with media outlets for best rates and placements of advertisements
- Build relationships with potential clients and maintain existing client accounts
- Train and supervise junior staff members on advertising techniques and industry updates

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and advertising techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Proven experience in developing successful advertising campaigns is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of social media platforms, Google analytics, and other digital marketing tools is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred
