Call center representative
Call Center Representative for Indian Nationals in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking Indian nationals to join our call center team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with accommodation provided. No previous experience is required for this role.
As a call center representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns. You will also be expected to make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
We are looking for individuals who are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. As this role involves interacting with customers from different backgrounds, it is important that you are able to adapt your communication style accordingly. Fluency in other languages such as Hindi or Urdu would be an advantage.
This job is suitable for men who are driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. You will be expected to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service.
While previous call center experience is not required, basic computer skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. You will be trained on our systems and processes but it is important that you have a good understanding of using computers and can navigate between multiple screens efficiently.
As this is a contract position, we require candidates who have their own visa or are able to obtain one independently. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
In addition to your basic salary, we offer accommodation within close proximity to our office location. This accommodation includes basic amenities such as utilities, internet connection, and cleaning services.
Your main responsibilities as a call center representative will include:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Providing accurate information about our products/services
- Assisting customers with placing orders or resolving any issues they may face
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or requests
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in Hindi or Urdu as an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle high call volumes
- Basic computer skills and ability to multi-task efficiently
