Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the logistics process, including transportation, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure availability of products.
- Manage the transportation of goods by coordinating with shipping companies, carriers, and customs officials.
- Prepare all necessary shipping documents and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery details.
- Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on their orders and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels to identify any discrepancies or inefficiencies in the supply chain process.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, purchasing, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth execution of logistics processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings in transportation and logistics operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics software (SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Pakistani or African suppliers/customers. Part-time positions are also available for candidates who meet the above requirements and have their own valid visa to work in Saudi Arabia.
