Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain guests, increase revenue, and maintain the hotel's reputation. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates.
- Identify potential clients through networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure business for the hotel.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Train and lead the sales team to achieve their goals and targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide necessary training or coaching.
- Prepare and present reports on sales activities, revenue generated, and future plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management or related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.

Salary:
$1700 per month

Location:
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

This is a full-time position but part-time options can be considered for exceptional candidates. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends when needed.
