Office Assistant
We are currently hiring for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month. We are looking for candidates with experience in office administration and excellent communication skills. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and providing support to the office staff.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person.
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct department.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Assisting with travel arrangements for employees.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Providing support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
Preferences:
