Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

We are hiring English-speaking Call Center Representatives to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients from Pakistan and Egypt. Your duties will include answering incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800 USD per month.
