Call center representative
Customer Service Representative - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for our call center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Follow up with customers regarding any unresolved issues or concerns.
- Meet performance metrics such as average handle time, customer satisfaction ratings, and first call resolution.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (both verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Other benefits may be provided based on performance.
