Customer Service Representative - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients over the phone and through email correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns
- Follow up with customers on their inquiries or issues and ensure resolution is achieved
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and call notes
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate unresolved issues or complaints
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred (non-native English speakers are welcome to apply)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not required
- Must have a valid visa allowing work in Saudi Arabia (visa sponsorship available)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to work full time on a rotational shift schedule
