As the Resort Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining facilities, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills in English, and be able to work well under pressure.
