Call Center Representative for Malayalees in Medina

We are hiring a Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service in Malayalam to our Malayalee customers. You will also be required to handle complaints, process orders, and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Malayalam, previous experience in a call center or customer service position, and the ability to work well under pressure.
