Indian Administrator in Medina
As an Indian Administrator in Medina, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative tasks of our company. You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, maintaining records, and providing support to the team. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents as needed
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods or services
- Ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and serviced when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and time off requests
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientations
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport (no English language proficiency required)
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
