As an Indian, English-speaking candidate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. Your duties will include supervising staff, maintaining a high level of customer service, managing budgets and financials, and implementing strategic plans to improve overall resort performance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in resort management, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
