Resort Manager
As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxury resort located in Hafr al Batin. Your main goal will be to ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience and that our resort runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the resort, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage operations
- Hire and train staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and manage budget to ensure profitability
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new guests
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high quality products/services at a competitive price
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the resort to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and events, to coordinate activities and events on the property
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel/resort management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in international environments is a plus
