The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxury resort in Hafr al Batin, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent customer service and communication abilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting.

Key responsibilities include managing and training staff, maintaining resort facilities and amenities, monitoring guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. The Resort Manager will also be responsible for budgeting and financial planning, as well as marketing and promoting the resort to attract new guests.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, fluency in English, and the ability to work flexible hours. Knowledge of Pakistani culture and customs is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
