Office Assistant
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing office supplies, and assisting with data entry and filing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa for working in Medina
