Office Assistant
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Indian national, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, greet and direct visitors
- Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages as necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Prepare outgoing mail or packages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Keep office areas clean, tidy, and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Assist in creating and updating various documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position. As an added perk, accommodation will also be provided.
