Call Center Representative (Malayalee/Egyptian)

We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in Malayalam or Arabic, as well as English, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is an urgent need, so we welcome candidates without prior experience in the field. Preference will be given to Malayalee or Egyptian candidates.
