Wedding Planner
As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from the initial planning stages to the actual event. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day, and then use your creativity and organizational skills to bring that vision to life.
Your main duties will include meeting with clients to discuss their needs and budget, researching venues and vendors, creating event timelines and budgets, negotiating contracts, arranging for accommodations and transportation for guests, coordinating with vendors on decorations, food, entertainment, and other services, managing guest lists and RSVPs, overseeing setup on the day of the event, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly during the wedding.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and vendors. You should also have strong attention to detail to ensure that every aspect of the wedding is taken care of. Creativity is also important in this role as you will need to come up with unique ideas and solutions for each wedding. Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred but not required.
This position is based in Jeddah but may require occasional travel within Saudi Arabia. The salary for this position is 1300$. This is a part-time job without accommodation provided. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket expenses.
