Inventory Manager
As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of product inventory in our company. Your main duties will include tracking inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. You will also be responsible for analyzing inventory data and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office
- Knowledge of supply chain management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies, procedures, and strategies
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained at all times
- Forecast demand for products based on sales trends, market analysis, and historical data
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Analyze inventory data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotions or discounts for slow-moving products
- Communicate with other departments such as production or logistics to coordinate product procurement
and delivery
- Train new employees on inventory management procedures
-Schedule regular stock checks in warehouses
We are seeking a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in inventory management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
This position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to Egyptian nationals who are currently residing in Riyadh and have their own visa. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. No English language skills are required for this job.
