As a Secretary in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, managing correspondence and documents, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and making travel arrangements. You should have excellent communication skills in English and previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. This position does not include accommodation, but a free visa and ticket will be provided. Preference will be given to Indian nationals with experience in English-speaking roles.
