Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. You will also be required to provide accurate information about our products and services, process orders, and resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. This position offers a salary of 1800$ per month and is open to Indian nationals.
