Customer Service Representative - Medina, Egypt
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing call center team in Medina, Egypt. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients in a professional and timely manner
- Listen to client inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist with customer inquiries
- Follow up with customers on past inquiries or issues to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written), as well as basic English proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week).
Salary:
Competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Medina, Egypt. Preference will be given to Egyptian nationals.
