Merchandiser (Indian Nationals Only)


We are currently seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. As a Merchandiser, your role will involve sourcing, purchasing, and promoting products to maximize sales and profits. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right products are available in the right stores at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source new products from suppliers and negotiate prices to ensure maximum profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for product expansion
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective promotions and displays for products
- Analyze sales data to determine best-selling products and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms of agreements
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred due to business needs
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail or FMCG environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel purposes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
