We are a construction company based in Yanbu, seeking a skilled Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensure the smooth running of our office. Your duties will include scheduling appointments, maintaining records and filing systems, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, with visa sponsorship available for non-local candidates.
