Secretary for a Construction Company in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia

Seeking an organized and efficient Secretary to join our growing construction company in Yanbu. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and managing the office's day-to-day operations. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and documents, and assisting with project coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national looking to gain valuable experience in the construction industry while living and working in Yanbu. Salary is 1600$ with accommodation provided.
