Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office, answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels, place orders as needed
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, etc.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed
- Provide administrative support for meetings including booking rooms, preparing agendas, taking minutes, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent time management skills
Salary: $1100/month
