Call Center Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina. As a call center representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Fluency in English is not required for this role, but proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1600 per month. Candidates must have their own visa and accommodation as these will not be provided by the company.
