Office Assistant in Medina
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Keep track of employee attendance and time off requests
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Provide general support to all departments as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Prior experience is not required but preferred. Please note that this job requires a biometric passport.
