Administrative Assistant - Medina, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, Pakistan. As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Managing and organizing files, documents, and records
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for team members
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
- Coordinating travel arrangements for team members
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed
- Providing support to team members as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience working in an administrative role preferred
