Pastry Chef for a high-end restaurant in Medina, Egypt
We are in search of a talented Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Medina, Egypt. As the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing the dessert menu for our restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated individual with a passion for creating delicious desserts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create new desserts that complement our menu and meet the standards of our restaurant
- Prepare and bake desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Oversee all aspects of the pastry kitchen, including ordering ingredients and managing inventory
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Creativity and passion for developing new dessert recipes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and health insurance.
