Sales Manager for International Market
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Medina and drive sales for our company in the international market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company's international sales goals
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, support, and guidance to help them achieve their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on latest trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the international market (preferably in the Middle East)
- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural differences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team towards achieving targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport with willingness to travel extensively
Salary: 1300$ per month
