Construction Project Manager



Our construction company in Mecca is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the project, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timeline and budget
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep the project on track
- Review contracts, change orders, and other project documentation for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, codes, and permits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software
