Part-Time Secretary in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
We are currently hiring a part-time Secretary in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for Indian nationals who are looking for a part-time job with visa sponsorship. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to relevant departments
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintaining electronic and physical records of important documents
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Handling basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is an asset
