Job Title: Administrative Assistant


We are seeking a competent and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nizwa. In this role, you will provide support to our office staff and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintaining physical and digital filing systems
- Ordering office supplies and keeping track of inventory
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Providing general administrative support to all team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport for all nationalities is preferred
- Accommodation can be provided if needed

Salary: $1200 per month
