Job Title: Office Assistant in Nizwa, Oman
We are hiring an experienced Office Assistant to support our busy office in Nizwa. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain filing systems and update records
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and emails
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position.
