We are in search of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will have experience in various maintenance tasks and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, changing light bulbs, and repairing furniture
- Conduct repairs on various equipment and appliances
- Inspect buildings and facilities for any potential issues and address them accordingly
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies for maintenance work
- Communicate with management regarding any major repairs or replacements needed
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Solid knowledge of various repair techniques including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliable with strong time-management skills
- Good communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Nizwa. Accommodation will not be provided.
