Office Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khasab. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting in daily office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with scheduling and organizing meetings
- Data entry and maintaining records
- Handling correspondence and responding to emails
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and billing
- Providing support to other team members as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work legally in Khasab

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship. This position is suitable for men who possess the required skills and experience.
