Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Al Buraymi. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. This will involve coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
You will use your extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations to plan and execute projects from start to finish. You will also be responsible for setting project goals and deadlines, as well as monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. You should also have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders involved in the project. Additionally, problem-solving skills are essential in order to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of a project.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the city of Al Buraymi or a similar location. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is also preferred.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation. However, we do offer flexible working hours that may be suitable for students or those seeking part-time work.
