Pastry Chef (Malayalee)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads according to recipes and standards.
- Creatively develop new dessert ideas while maintaining consistency in quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff in pastry techniques.
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen setting.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Malayalee cuisine and desserts preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with opportunities for career growth within our company.
