Office Assistant - Medina, Saudi Arabia
Our busy office in Medina is seeking a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Help with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.
