Restaurant Manager
We are a fast-paced restaurant located in Salalah, seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction, maintaining financial records, and supervising daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant, including dining room, kitchen, and bar operations
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Create work schedules for employees and manage labor costs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain financial records, including budgeting and cost tracking
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Respond to customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in managing a restaurant
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
